3.1. Free Analyses

Upon installation of the Clarity.Tube extension, you will receive 100 free video analyses. Once these are used, you will need to subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the service.

3.2. Subscription Plans

We offer Regular, Pro, and Expert plans with monthly and annual billing options. Current pricing can be found on our pricing page at https://clarity.tube

3.3. Payment Processing

  • All payments are processed by Paddle.com as the Merchant of Record
  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • Annual subscriptions offer additional savings
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time

3.4. Plan Changes

  • You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time
  • Any plan change (upgrade or downgrade) will result in an immediate prorated adjustment for the remaining period
  • The prorated adjustment may result in either a charge or a credit to your account, depending on whether you upgrade or downgrade

3.5. Refunds

  • 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions
  • No refunds for partial subscription periods
  • All refund requests must be processed through Paddle

4.1. AI-Generated Content

  • Our AI analysis and summaries are provided "as is"
  • We don't guarantee 100% accuracy of AI-generated content
  • Users should verify critical information from original sources

4.2. Content Usage

  • AI-generated summaries are for personal use only
  • Redistribution or resale of AI-generated content is prohibited
  • Original video content rights remain with their respective owners

5. User Obligations

5.1. Acceptable Use

  • Use the Service within reasonable request limits
  • Maintain one account per user
  • Respect YouTube's terms of service

  • Automated or bulk data extraction
  • Reverse engineering the extension
  • Sharing account access
  • Using the Service for illegal purposes

  • Users retain rights to their custom configurations

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We're not liable for any indirect or consequential damages
  • Our liability is limited to your last month's subscription fee
