3.1. Subscription Plans

We offer Regular, Pro, and Expert plans with monthly and annual billing options. Current pricing can be found on our pricing page at https://clarity.tube/price

3.2. Payment Processing

  • All payments are processed by Paddle.com as the Merchant of Record
  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • Annual subscriptions offer additional savings
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time

3.3. Plan Changes

  • You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time
  • Plan changes during the trial period are free and take effect immediately
  • After the trial period, any plan change (upgrade or downgrade) will result in an immediate prorated adjustment for the remaining period
  • The prorated adjustment may result in either a charge or a credit to your account, depending on whether you upgrade or downgrade

3.4. Refunds

  • 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions
  • No refunds for partial subscription periods
  • All refund requests must be processed through Paddle

4.1. AI-Generated Content

  • Our AI analysis and summaries are provided "as is"
  • We don't guarantee 100% accuracy of AI-generated content
  • Users should verify critical information from original sources

  • AI-generated summaries are for personal use only
  • Redistribution or resale of AI-generated content is prohibited
  • Original video content rights remain with their respective owners

5.1. Acceptable Use

  • Use the Service within reasonable request limits
  • Maintain one account per user
  • Respect YouTube's terms of service

5.2. Prohibited Activities

  • Automated or bulk data extraction
  • Reverse engineering the extension
  • Sharing account access
  • Using the Service for illegal purposes

  • Our branding and interface are protected by intellectual property laws
  • Users retain rights to their custom configurations

7. Limitation of Liability

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties
  • We're not liable for any indirect or consequential damages
  • Our liability is limited to your last month's subscription fee

  • We may modify these terms at any time
  • Changes will be notified via email or in-app notifications
  • We may terminate accounts for terms violations
