At Clarity.Tube, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. This refund policy outlines the conditions and process for requesting refunds for our Chrome extension subscriptions.
Free Analyses
All new installations come with 100 free video analyses. These free analyses allow you to experience the full capabilities of our service before committing to a paid subscription. Free analyses are not eligible for refunds or compensation.
Refund Eligibility
- Within 14 days of first payment: Full refund available if service usage is minimal (less than 10 video analyses)
- Technical issues: Full refund if service unavailable due to technical problems (excluding AI processing limits)
- Service discontinuation: Prorated refund for remaining subscription period minus consumed AI resources
- Billing errors: Full refund for any incorrect charges
Non-Refundable Cases and Service Usage
- After 14 days of subscription payment
- If service usage (API calls, video analysis) exceeds 50% of subscription value
- Partial refunds may be issued with deduction of consumed AI processing costs
- Violation of Terms of Service
- Abuse of service features
- Multiple refund requests from same account
- Free analyses are not eligible for refunds
